Don Murray has provided defence services for criminal and regulatory offence matters over 40 years. Since the mid-1990s he has also been sought out as a neutral decision-maker for workplace arbitrations, professional discipline, and human rights claims.

It has come time for Don to adjust his practice to concentrate on neutral decision-making, and to leave the challenging and rewarding life as a criminal law litigator behind. Don will not be taking on any new criminal cases.

Don will remain available to provide services as an arbitrator, as a human rights adjudicator, and to assist in sport dispute resolution.
